Dawgman.com's Kim Grinolds spoke this week with Daniel Gallen, the beat writer from Fight On State, the 247Sports' site covering Penn State athletics, and Daniel was kind enough to offer some insight into what Washington fans should expect to see from the Nittany Lions.
