Kira and Mel welcome LPGA star Sarah Schmelzel as their “third yapper,” joke about mask-chain memories, then trace how she went from gymnastics, figure skating, and family golf to the Epson Tour and LPGA. Sarah details a 15-year battle with endometriosis and adenomyosis, taking time off, and easing back into golf with her team. They debate Solheim Cup vs. individual wins and close with “shush of the week” rants about lung capacity, TV packs, and everyone being too loud.
