Tunnel Vision: Freshmen shine in USC's 42-26 season opening victory over San Jose State

On this latest edition of Tunnel Vision USCFootball.com's Ryan Abraham, RJ Abeytia and Shotgun Spratling are back in studio talking about the Trojans opening the 2026 college football season with a 42-26 victory over San Jose State. USC got off to a fast start, taking a 28-0 lead into halftime and extending that to 35-3 after three quarters. But when Lincoln Riley gave the starters a rest, the reserves weren't able to finish strong, allowing the Spartans to outscore the Trojans 23-7 in the final frame.
