EVERYONE LOVES GARY! - From AFC Bournemouth to Ipswich Town We Chat McKenna, Survival & Gary O’Neil

Gary O'Neil has found a new home at Ipswich Town, but how has the former AFC Bournemouth and Wolves manager gone from being viewed by some Cherries supporters as dull and boring to producing exciting football at Portman Road?

In this episode, we welcome Matt from Talking Town, one of the leading Ipswich Town fan channels, to discuss the Tractor Boys, their remarkable journey back to the Premier League and the appointment of Gary O'Neil.

We look back at Ipswich's incredible promotion story under Kieran McKenna, his subsequent departure and the reaction from the Ipswich faithful.

We then get Matt's immediate thoughts on Gary O'Neil taking charge and whether the appointment represents an exciting new chapter for the club.

But what about AFC Bournemouth? Why were sections of the Cherries fanbase happy to see Gary leave, and why does the football he is producing at Ipswich appear to be winning people over? Has Gary changed his approach, or is it simply a case of finding the right environment?

We also discuss Leif Davis, Ipswich's summer recruitment, the new signings and whether this squad has enough quality to avoid another Premier League relegation battle.
