With three weeks of the summer recruiting circuit under their belt and pretty much every high school championship in the books, IL's Dan Kaplan and Terry Foy set the tone for the top of the Class of 2028 rankings.
They start with a comparison to the ’27 group and dive deep on the top-tier offensive players and goalies — especially Landen O'Neil and Harrison Tyler — and then recap the top performers at the recent events they've attended, including:
