Where Claire and Lis have a fabulous guest to talk all things Champ with Sian Haynes from Champ Rugby!!
Sian is an old friend - she was for many years the Head of Community at Saints but now she is one of the team leading the revamp of the former Championship into the Champ.
We’re visiting all corners of the country as we have a natter about the changes to the league, the clubs involved and we discover that the Saintly family is to be found in so many places!!
We do go for the occasional wander down memory lane but this pod is all part of the build up to the Elior Champ Final - and you’ll see all three of us are bit excited!!
