Steelers WRs Germie Bernard, DK Metcalf Find Chemistry w/Aaron Rodgers in Time to Beat Buccaneers

Christopher Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast.

The Pittsburgh Steelers needed their top receivers DK Metcalf and Germie Bernard to find their chemistry with Aaron Rodgers to save the day against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Steelers fell behind by 13 points in the fourth quarter and look lost with their offense inept on the road yet again. But Rodgers took over the offense and found Metcalf and Bernard for several big plays in the fourth quarter and overtime for a clutch comeback win. Christopher Carter gives his reaction to the 26-19 win for the Steelers and why he thinks the connection between Rodgers and his receivers could be a sign of big things in the future for the Steelers.

Christopher also breaks down what impressed him about the Steelers' defense as Jalen Ramsey and Jamel Dean led the way. Ramsey's two sacks were huge but he also played a big role in shutting down Bucky Irving, while Dean got multiple breakups and an interception that should've sealed the game.

Finally, Chris explains why he thinks it's huge that the Steelers found resilience in this win, even if Mike McCarthy mismanaged some things in the end.
