NAILED IT: Angels Fans Share Their BEST & WORST Takes From 2026 Season, Where Were We RIGHT & WRONG?

The Los Angeles Angels' 100-loss season sparks tough questions for fans and leadership alike. Did anyone see Reid Detmers’ breakout as the staff ace coming, or was the bullpen collapse just inevitable? Jon Frisch of the Super Halo Bros. sorts through the Angels fans and Everydayers' best and worst preseason takes, from Zach Neto’s defensive outlook to Mike Trout’s surprising lack of power despite staying healthy.

Key topics include the emergence of Vaughn Grissom, persistent struggles with Yoán Moncada and the bullpen’s disastrous results without Ben Joyce and Robert Stephenson. Listeners debate Perry Minasian's exit before the All-Star break and Kurt Suzuki’s turbulent stint as manager. Will new leadership under Stan Kroenke and interim GM John Mozeliak finally turn the franchise around? Join the conversation as Locked On Angels spotlights fan insight, player development, and what’s next for this embattled ballclub.
