Woody Johnson Must Finally Hire a Proven Winner

The Jets’ humiliation continued after the final whistle when Bears linebacker Devin Bush called the game one of the easiest he’s ever played and admitted he was actually bored. Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber say the comments weren’t even trash talk, which only makes them more damning after the Jets barely kept Chicago’s defense on the field.

The conversation turns to Woody Johnson and the Jets’ endless cycle of failed coaching hires. Evan argues Johnson needs to stop searching for the next unproven answer and spend whatever it takes to land an established, successful NFL head coach. The Giants provide the painful comparison, with Tiki pointing to their disciplined defense and Evan crediting John Harbaugh for transforming what competent coaching looks like in New York.
