What's the one thing Tottenham must fix before this season's up? A Licence coach JJ says the flaw runs through the entire attack — and no signing solves it.
Jim and JJ walk through the Nottingham Forest performance and whether Spurs are genuinely improving under Roberto De Zerbi: Sandro Tonali's step forward and the criticism JJ calls unfair, Conor Gallagher's underrated work in the 10, Van Hecke's growth since Brentford, and the Marmoush decision that captures everything in one moment.
JJ then opens the coaching manual — how professionals actually train this, from individual video sessions to 11v11 scenarios — and you'll want to hear why he thinks it can't be rushed before Everton.
Dedicated to Cyprus Spurs and Algarve Spurs this week.
Tactical, honest, from the training pitch. A Coach's View.
