The dust has barely settled on a dismal afternoon at Brentford, but the drama at the City Ground has already shifted into overdrive following Oliver Glasner’s explosive "no compromises" team meeting at the training base. Reports coming out of the camp suggest that the squad's response to the Austrian's hard-hitting reality check was overwhelmingly positive, with players acknowledging that standards simply have to rise if we want to steer clear of another relegation dogfight. With a daunting clash against Manchester City looming large this weekend, this clear-the-air session could either be the catalyst that finally sparks our season into life or just another false dawn under mounting pressure.
