The Pirates need more offense this winter, particularly another right-handed bat and help around the infield. Alex Stumpf looks at three external additions who make sense for Pittsburgh: Taylor Ward, Edmundo Sosa and Eugenio Suárez.
These are not rumors or reports connecting the Pirates to these players right now. Instead, Alex explains why each fits what Pittsburgh needs, what the risk would be and why all three could make sense on short-term deals.
OffBeat is presented by FanDuel.
