Texas vs. Oklahoma Preview: OU Hasn't Scored a TD on Texas in 1,096 Days | Red River Rivalry 2026

Oklahoma has not scored a touchdown against Texas since joining the SEC. Does that streak survive Saturday in Dallas? The #1 Longhorns (4-0) are 8.5-point favorites over a 2-2 Oklahoma team trying to salvage its season, and the 3rd & Longhorn crew doesn't see the Sooners finding the end zone.

Rod Babers, Alex Okafor, Fozzy Whittaker, Jeremy Hills, Mark Higgins and Nick Shuley break down the Red River Rivalry from every angle:

* Texas offense vs. a top-10 Venables defense: can the Horns stay ahead of the chains and finally find their identity?
* What Hollywood Smothers' return means for Arch Manning and the run game
* The OU corner Sark needs to test, and the tackling problem a bye week can't fix
* Muschamp's defense vs. a turnover-prone John Mateer and an offense ranked 123rd nationally
* Colin Simmons, a six-deep defensive tackle room, and winning with a 15% blitz rate
* Jeremy Hills' "let it fly" game plan for Oklahoma
* Special teams, the one phase that worries us
* 2:30 vs. 11 a.m. kickoff: the former players weigh in
* Score predictions from the whole crew (and Rod's birthday wish)
