There is no free option, and no cable option

Unlike the Tour de France, which NBC simulcasts on broadcast television for selected stages, Il Lombardia has no US television window and no free stream. The whole race sits behind an HBO Max subscription. If you are building a cycling stack for the season, the practical split is Peacock for the Tour de France and HBO Max for the Italian monuments.

The race is also an early one for US viewers. It is run in Lombardy and finishes in the European afternoon, so the finale lands in the American morning. HBO Max carries it on demand afterwards, which is the realistic way to watch it from a US time zone.
