Michigan AD Warde Manuel STEPPING DOWN at the end of calendar year: What’s next for UM Athletics?

As Greg Sankey took the podium in Tampa for SEC Media Days, Michigan dropped their bombshell of a news report simultaneously as the SEC took center stage: At the end of the calendar year, Michigan AD Warde Manuel will be stepping down from his role as UM’s leader in the athletic department. Following an internal investigation after the Sherrone Moore firing, Michigan will have a new athletic director when the calendar turns to 2027. What’s next for UM athletics? Once Andy & Ari wrap up the conversation from Michigan, the guys break down the latest from the first day of SEC Media Days. As Missouri and Oklahoma took the stage early in the morning, Andy caught up with Oklahoma’s GM in Jim Nagy.
