Padres-Cubs featured Fernando Tatis Jr.'s steal, Manny Machado's homer, and Mason Miller's 104.5 mph strikeout pitch. Yankees-Red Sox had Ben Rice and Trevor Story trading big hits, Aaron Judge RBI, a failed bunt, and Jazz Chisholm Jr.'s steal of a run. Dodgers-Reds ended with Teoscar Hernández’s key error, Mookie Betts’ doubles, Enrique Hernández’s hits, and Roki Sasaki’s electric relief, advancing to face the Phillies in the NLDS.
