Thirsty Thursdays Goes Coastal | Powell River MTB (Original Gangsta)

A new host and for the first time ever, a girl introducing the video, Thirsty Thursday's just got a whole lot better!

Week 9 sees us take on Powell River's Original Gangster trail from the top. This was day 7 of our road trip which unfortunately claimed my collar bone earlier on in the day. Nonetheless, the crew understood the mission and was keen to keep this series rolling. This meant Hugo Morrison took on the lead roll and powered through one of the best tech trails EVER MADE (ranked). With steep chutes and loam, the amount of fun on offer for this trail is endless.

Shout outs to Amber Werensteyn for breaking the mould on this one and opening up the video. The first girl too and won't be the last. Also, sponsors, hook her up! She's insane.

One last shoutout to the Mahony Mobsters and supporting trail builders in this area, the work is is truly worth the visit to Powell River, thank you again for your work!
