Memphis vs. NC State: The NC State Wolfpack came out of the gates on fire and beat the Memphis Tigers, 31-7 in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl. CJ Bailey completed 14-25 passes for 221 yards and 2 touchdown passes while rushing for a 14-yard score on the ground as well. Jayden "Duke" Scott ran for 108 yards on 19 carries. Cade Fordham led an inspired Wolfpack defense with 13 tackles and an interception that he returned to the 1-yard line.
