Spencer, the two-time cross country national champion, is targeting the U.S. high school indoor 5000m record of 13:38.86 set by Danny Simmons in 2024.
Sheppard, the NB Nationals outdoor mile champion, will compete in the distance medley relay, 800m and mile. She has run indoor personal bests of 2:02 for 800m and 4:35 for 1600m.
