A tough, hilly Stage 2 delivered a proper breakaway story. The early move stayed clear deep into the finale, then one rider launched a perfectly timed attack on the penultimate climb and committed all-in for a long solo run to the finish. Behind, the peloton ramped it up hard on the final ramps, but the chase came just too late — and the win also reshuffled the GC with a new overall leader after an intense day in the Yitti Hills.
