Tough Week 3 Decisions I Made For You

2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass

Week 3 is the week the injury report starts making lineup decisions for you. Starters are out, a running back just went on IR, and a handful of stars have not practiced all week. So if you are staring at your roster trying to figure out who is even playing, this one is for you.

Seventeen starts and sits across running back and receiver, a couple of desperate starts if your bench is thin, and one receiver I am benching because of a single shadow matchup. Stick around to the end for the tight end streamers, including a deep flyer who could be startable for the rest of the year.

Every call goes deeper than fantasy points allowed: how each defense plays its safeties, where the receiver lines up, route participation, target share, and the injury news behind each opportunity.
