The All-Star Game is done, and Jacob Latz, the lone Texas Rangers’ All-Star, acquitted himself nicely in a short appearance. Before the season resumes Friday, the Rangers dropped some news on its fanbase Wednesday morning: Victory+ is no longer their direct-to-consumer partner. They pulled the plug on Victory+ and are now hooked up with BZZR, a social app that is taking on game distribution for the first time. Fans are irritated and will have to work a little bit to continue to see games. Maybe fans will be able to see Sebastian Walcott in Frisco soon. He played his first game since February elbow surgery Tuesday night in Arizona.
