Houston Dynamo FC come back to earn 2-2 road draw at Minnesota United FC on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 as forwards Lyle Foster and Duncan McGuire each scored their first goals for the Club. Houston took the lead in the 18th minute when Foster capitalized on a Loons error in their own half. The South African international pressured Minnesota defender Michael Boxall into a turnover, allowing Foster to gain possession, dribble into the box and find the back of the net.
McGuire equalized for the Dynamo in second half stoppage time, heading the ball past the Minnesota's goalkeeper Drake Callender after connecting with a headed pass from forward Nick Markanich. The play began when attacker Mateusz Bogusz picked out Markanich at the far post, who then directed the ball towards McGuire near the six-yard box. The goal marked Markanich's first assist of the season.
