Week 9 RB rankings and RB tiers: Ian Hartitz ranks his top 48 running backs for Week 9 of fantasy football (with the Steelers and Titans on bye) and sorts them into four tiers. Jahmyr Gibbs is the RB1, Chase Brown is the RB13 in a Bengals vs. Falcons game in Madrid and Ian calls it a Chase Brown boom week, Derrick Henry is the RB17 and Tyler Allgeier is the RB25. After each of the first three tiers Ian stops for a bigger question about the position.
