Virginia Tech vs. Florida State Game Highlights | 2026 ACC Softball Championship (Finals)

Virginia Tech vs. Florida State: The No. 1 seeded Florida State Seminoles took advantage of a great pitching performance by ACC Pitcher of the Year Jazzy Francik to get past the No. 3 seeded Virginia Tech Hokies, 2-1 and claim the 2026 ACC Softball Championship. Francik earned the win after pitching 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball, giving up just 1 unearned run while striking out 6 batters. The Seminoles had to come from behind after Michelle Chatfield opened the scoring by driving in Jordan Lynch on a play that saw Isa Torres commit her first error all season. Kennedy Harp put the Seminoles on the board with an RBI double, advancing to third on a throw and then scoring the championship-clinching run one pitch later on a passed ball. From there, Francik and the 'Noles defense cemented the win. It marked the 20th ACC Tournament title for Florida State.
