Nockley has been a big riser in the 2027 class. He has polished actions on both sides of the ball, taking a tight turn of the barrel in a balanced, efficient lefthanded swing. Despite his smaller stature, Nockley is able to drive the ball with surprising impact for his size with good bat speed. The Tennessee commit is one of the more advanced hitters in the class and is also an instinctive defender at shortstop.
