Kevin Love back in a Miami Heat jersey alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo… 👀🔥 Could this actually make sense?

In today’s episode of Miami Heat Talk, we’re having a serious conversation about whether the Miami Heat should consider bringing Kevin Love back as the potential 15th and final roster addition.

Love has already proven what he can bring to Miami.

When the Heat acquired him during the 2022-23 season, he quickly became an important veteran presence in the locker room and on the court. He was a key part of Miami’s incredible run to the NBA Finals, appearing in 20 playoff games and averaging 6.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists. (NBA)

But now?

Kevin Love is 38 years old.

And Miami already has significant size and frontcourt depth.

So the question becomes: Would bringing Love back actually make the Heat better?

There are definitely reasons to consider it.

Love brings championship experience, veteran leadership, rebounding, floor spacing and a familiarity with the Heat culture. More importantly, he already has chemistry with players like Bam Adebayo and has been through the pressure of a deep playoff run in a Miami uniform.

But there are also legitimate concerns.

Love’s production has declined with age. In 2025-26 with Utah, he averaged 6.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per game while shooting 37.3% from three. (Land of Basketball)

So is the value he brings in the locker room, shooting, rebounding and championship experience enough to justify using Miami’s final roster spot on him?

OR

Should the Heat use that 15th spot on a younger player with more upside and athleticism?

That’s what I want to hear from YOU.
