The 7th-seeded SMU Mustangs completed their run in the 2025 ACC Men’s Soccer Championship by defeating the #1-seeded Virginia Cavaliers, 1-0. Stephan Soghomonian scored in the 57th minute off of a penalty kick to provide the Mustangs with all the scoring they would need to win their 1st ACC Men’s Soccer Championship.
