On the podcast today; England come from behind to beat DR Congo 2-1. Harry Kane the hero for England once again, his double means he has more goals at World Cups than Pelé and not many of them have been as valuable as this. England will face Mexico in the next round and will have to be quite a bit better than their showing here. All credit to DR Congo, so many brilliant performances this tournament.
Elsewhere; the USA beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0. Goals from Folarin Balogun and Malik Tillman saw the team progress to the final 16 despite playing 30 minutes with 10 men after a controversial red-card decision.
Plus, late drama in Senegal 2-3 Belgium. Senegal had all but won it then two goals in three minutes and at the end of the 90 and a late, late penalty in extra time took Rudi Garcia’s men through to the last 16. There’s also just enough time for the next batch of last 32 ties to be previewed and your questions answered.
