What is Her Game Too? Why was it started? What does being an ambassador actually involve? And why is its work still important in football?
Meg and Nic talk us through the campaign, their roles at Rovers and their own experiences following the club.
We discuss the progress that's been made for women and girls in football, some of the issues that still exist, the importance of challenging and reporting sexism, and what supporters can do to help make football welcoming for everyone.
We also hear about Nic's son Hugo and Hugo's Football Adventures, with Hugo joining The Blackburn End as a fellow finalist at this year's Football Content Awards!
