Team Norway won four gold, one silver, and three bronze medals at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Markus Rooth won gold in his first Olympics with a national record of 8,796 points. Team Norway claimed gold in the women's handball tournament in the final against France. Solfrid Koanda set a new Olympic record with a total of 275 kg while winning the gold medal. Norwegian athletics superstar Jakob Ingebrigtsen won his second gold medal in the men's 5,000 m event, following his first gold at Tokyo 2020.
