For nearly his entire life, Jeff Brohm has played or coached the quarterback position. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Brohm is right at home in Cardinal red, having played QB at UofL and coached the Cardinals twice, first as an assistant and now as head coach. In his first two seasons as head coach in 2023 and 2024, Brohm mentored two transfer quarterbacks who each threw for more than 3,000 yards and 20 touchdowns in their lone season at Louisville. One of those players is New Orleans Saints starting QB Tyler Shough. This year, Brohm appears to be working his magic again with Ohio State transfer Lincoln Kienholz.
