Ryan Murphy was back in the pool this weekend, swimming his first races since the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. At the Sacramento Pro Swim, Murphy swam the 50 and 100 backstrokes, touching at 25.1 in the 50 (1st) and 53.9 in the 100 (2nd). The 5x Olympic champion said he feels rusty, but it's a good place to start on the road to LA2028.
