Welcome back to the Swim Scribe Podcast, where It’s the start of September which isn’t always the fastest time of the year for swimming. It’s the transition out of long course season into short course season and for many the start of a new big block of training which means not that much fast swimming. BUT that’s no fun and thankfully some swimmers seem to agree with me because we actually have a selection of fast swimming to talk about from the Jose Finkel Trophy in Brazil to a high school meet in Japan. I also want to talk about the YouTube creator that went fishing for Caeleb Dressel and preview some meets to keep an eye out for at the end of the month as things get rolling.
