🥊 After a battle earlier this week in the 3000m, which saw both athletes dip under the 12-year-old national record, Yate Hirbo and Arabelle Allersma battled it out again today in the 1500m.
⏱️ The pair went 1-2 again with Hirbo taking another win and a new national record, running 4:38.59. Allersma placed second, running 4:38.90, also running well under the old record of 4:41.14 set by Danea Rivers in 2010.
