At one point, the hosts' advantage grew to four points (17:13), but several mistakes by the blue-and-white team allowed the opponent to return to the game and enter an equal ending, which turned into a balance. The game of "more-less" became a gift for the packed hall, as every play was filled with emotion, and the end was won by the guests, 32:30.

The hosts did not do well in the third set. Until the middle of the set, Dynamo was two points behind their opponent, but then a series of mistakes by the hosts allowed the Belgorod team to get ahead – 18:13 in favor of the guests. The blue-and-white team tried their best, but a large number of mistakes on serve left them with no chance of catching up – 19:25 and 1:2.

The fourth set developed in a similar way, where at a certain point the Belgorodians again reached an advantage of 4-5 points. The guests kept the reception, clung to the defense and implemented the play-off balls, and the Dynamo were still hampered by their own mistakes on the serve and in the attack. 25:20 and 3:1 in favor of Belogorye - the blue-and-white team ended their 11-match winning streak and finished the regular season of the Super League by winning 25 out of 30 matches.

The final place of the Dynamo team in the regular season will be determined after the match between Kuzbass and Zenit (Saint Petersburg), and the blue-and-white team will play the first quarterfinal match at home on March 24.
