I broke down the exact 50 seconds that got JJ off the bench and I'll just say it was insane. They drew up the first play, got a free miss, then gave the Lakers a second scripted play right after and Vanderbilt and LaRavia still don't execute it correctly.
I'm starting to think this is a horn set and the guy was supposed to be all the way in the right corner. Fix that and the bad spacing on the left side never happens, the defense never gets to switch flare, and the whole set never blows up.
Watching Ronnie have to tell Vanderbilt where to stand and LaRavia have to tell Sandro where to stand with eleven seconds left on the shot clock is exactly why JJ lost it. That's not a talent problem, that's a prep problem. #shorts
