Shaun and Thala review the opening round of the Six Nations, which saw big wins for France and England and Scotland falling to Italy.
We start with the Thursday night game in Paris where France's kicking and physicality shut Ireland out. We discussed how Fabien Galthie's gambles all worked, how Dupont and Jalibert combined and we provided some defence for Sam Prendergast and debate which game plan and selection path they should follow.
We then moved to Rome where Italy won in a deluge of rain. We rant about the nonsensical selections and game plan Scotland had in the rain, show some love to Jack Dempsey and break down how Italy's set piece and kicking game gave them the upper hand.
Finally at Twickenham, England dominated Wales. We discuss which unsung heroes for England are impressing up and whether George Ford is the best flyhalf in the world. Also we try to define what is success for Wales in the future.
We then look at the weekend's rugby news, including Germany's comeback win over Romania in the Rugby Europe Championship, the Blitzboks and the New Zealand women winning the Sevens in Perth and some new revelations about the Razor Robertson era.
