Last night, the College Football Playoff committee unveiled its first rendition of the rankings, and per usual, there were plenty of disputes and complaints. One noticeable dispute, pointed out quickly by Producer River in the live reaction show, was Alabama's ranking. Slotted at number five, did the committee give the Crimson Tide a mulligan before the LSU game?
