Anna Moesch has had a legendary run in the 100 free this summer. In May, she dropped a 51.94 100 Free in London, breaking the American record and becoming the first American woman under the 52-second barrier. After swimming a 52.1 in June, Moesch finished her season in the event with another PB and American record, winning tonight in Irvine in 51.88.
Now that her season is over (in the 100 free), Moesch is a bit sad that she doesn't have another opportunity to race the event. Notably, she will not be competing at Pan Pacs in two weeks as the team was selected based on results from 2025.
