Brianna Joy Garza dropped a piece of shooting wisdom here that I think gets overlooked constantly.
Everyone wants the secret, and yeah, the real secret is 100,000 reps. No shortcuts there. But the technical piece that stood out to me is moving the ball at the same speed from start to finish. Eliminate the variability first, then you can actually hone in on technique.
The wrist detail is the one I love though. Engaging the inside joint instead of the outside joint, like you're holding a cup of coffee at your hip instead of jamming your hand behind the ball. That outside joint engagement is exactly why so many shooters fight their forearm and hand going in two different directions.
Simple concepts. Hard to execute. That's shooting. #shorts
