Jeff Teague REACTS to Marques Johnson's WILD ’70s NBA stories: Cigarettes & beer after games

NBA legend, Marques Johnson, sits down with Jeff Teague, DJ Wells, and B Hen to take a trip back to his legendary college basketball career at UCLA. Marques tells the crew what it was like playing for the legendary coach, John Wooden, and being a part of Wooden's historic 10th national championship run. From playing under one of the greatest coaches in basketball history to making his own mark at UCLA, Marques gives Jeff, DJ, and B Hen an inside look at what his college days were really like. The conversation then takes a WILD turn as Marques talks about what NBA life was like back in the day. He tells the guys about taking caffeine pills before games and explains just how different player preparation and recovery were compared to today. Marques also reveals how normal it was for players back then to smoke cigarettes and drink beers right after games, with virtually NO recovery plan for athletes. Jeff, DJ, and B Hen react to how different the NBA was before modern sports science, nutrition, and recovery became such a huge part of the game.
