Rising college freshman Jordan Ragland qualified for the Jr Pan Pacs last week in Irvine after winning the 18&U 100 free. After graduating from high school in May, Ragland has spent the summer training at Cal, his new home for the next four years in the NCAA. This move seems to have paid off, as Ragland is now heading on his first trip ever to represent Team USA.
