When former New England Patriot, Adrian Klemm, received the news there was one person he thought to call. He remembered his former teammate, then 31-year-old Tedy Bruschi, who in 2005 suffered a stroke. Just eight and a half months later, Bruschi returned to the field. Two decades later, tragedy hit even closer to the Klemm home when Adrian’s son Jalen, an offensive lineman at Arizona State, suffered a stroke of his own. After surviving, Jalen and his father reached out to Bruschi in hopes the former Arizona Wildcat could provide inspiration and a road map to get back to football.
