Something feels like it’s shifted in English rugby, and we’re not pretending we haven’t been burned before. After a long summer away, we’re back for season three with a slightly leaner rugby union podcast: less of the 80-minute-by-80-minute grind, more of the sharp talking points, big calls, and the kind of chat you actually hear in the bar after training.

We start with why Prem Rugby suddenly looks better at selling itself, from smarter social content to leaning into the sport’s real hook: collisions, characters, and rivalries.
