He HATES Takomo… So We Gave Him Their First Ever Putter

The Takomo putter is finally here: we review the new Takomo Lumo B1 and Lumo M1, two low torque putters that start at $219.
Then it's Takomo vs Scotty Cameron — the Lumo B1 against a tour-only Circle T in an 8-ball putting shootout.
Trevor, our resident Takomo hater, and Tayte don't land in the same place. Stick around for the shootout result and who should actually buy one.

Lumo is Takomo's first putter line, and we test both models: the Lumo B1 wide-body blade and the Lumo M1 mid mallet. Both are CNC-milled from 303 stainless steel with low torque, center-of-gravity balancing and a heel-mounted single-bend shaft. It's Takomo's answer to the zero torque putter trend, in a shape that still looks traditional at address. After testing both, we put the B1 through an 8-ball putting shootout against a Scotty Cameron Circle T. Tayte makes the case that it's good value from a reputable brand at $219, but says you should also consider options like the Wilson Infinite and Mizuno M-Craft at that price. Trevor's take: budget shouldn't be the main reason you pick a putter, whether it's $200 or $600. And if your bag is already full of Takomo and you want the putter to match, this one's aimed at you.
