Should the Jets rethink Mike Tomlin after Pittsburgh’s success this year?

Should Mike Tomlin be the Jets’ answer at head coach? Sal Licata and Booms agree New York needs experience—but disagree about how much Pittsburgh’s success should change the conversation.

Sal explains why Tomlin remains appealing while acknowledging that he feels less certain about him. Booms argues that the Jets first need a coach who can establish a foundation, raise expectations, and change the culture.

The discussion also examines Aaron Rodgers, leadership, and why the Jets keep returning to the same questions about their organization. It ends with Sal’s strongest position: if the alternative is another first-time head coach, he would rather keep Aaron Glenn.

Would Tomlin be your first choice? And would you accept another coordinator getting his first head-coaching opportunity?
