In Winston-Salem, the Hokies dominated the second half to get a road ACC win over the Demon Deacons, 85-57. Virginia Tech led by one at halftime and then outscored Wake Forest 51-24 in the second half. Nine of Virginia Tech's 13 made three-pointers came from either Carleigh Wenzel or Carys Baker. Wake Forest had only four made threes as a team. Baker finished the game with 20 points, four made three-pointers, and nine rebounds. Wenzel had 19 points, five made three-pointers, six assists, two rebounds, and two steals. For Wake Forest, Grace Oliver and Milan Brown each scored 13 points.
