Carson Foster showed out in Carmel, winning both 400s (Free and IM) and placing 2nd in the 1500, his first time swimming the event in SCM. Foster said that after getting through a tough summer where he didn't get to see his hard work pay off at the end, he has found a groove in training over the last couple of weeks. It seems to be showing in his races. Foster says he's working on going to the other two World Cup stops now after initially planning on just attending the first stop.
