I did not love what we saw from the Commanders offensive line, and Laremy Tunsil being out is a real problem for Jayden Daniels. He was not all that great last year either.
But here is the thing about these rushing quarterbacks: they can be mediocre in real life and still be great in fantasy. Daniels put up 18.9 fantasy points per game in the first four weeks of last season. Even if Washington is not great in real life, he runs enough to be just fine in fantasy land.
Based on 2025 numbers, the Packers, the Browns and the Vikings stand out as the most screwed offensive lines in the pressure department, and that adds up pretty well with our RotoWire preseason offensive line rankings. Washington landed just outside that bottom three group.
Not ideal. But Daniels is fast enough to get away from the pressure, so I am still starting him with confidence.
